A static website for a dynamic business.

Max Auto offers top-notch automotive services (“Quality Every Step of the Way”), but their outdated website was more of a hindrance than a help. It lacked key information about their services and—crucially—forced customers through a tedious, manual booking process.

Order process interrupted:

There was no proper contract system in place. Customers had to fill out the same forms manually or call in, which led to customers dropping out and lost revenue.

Incomplete digital footprint:

Key revenue-generating services (such as wheel and tire repairs) were completely missing from the website, which made local SEO and visibility impossible.

Inconsistencies in brand identity:

The visual design and text were cluttered and disjointed, and failed to reflect the exclusive, top-notch quality of their workshop itself.

We didn’t just add a booking calendar; we developed a completely customized user experience. We focused on creating a seamless customer experience while enhancing the visual design to align with their positioning in the premium segment.

The Ordering System

Seamless, automated appointment scheduling

We replaced repetitive manual forms with a smart, integrated Amelia booking system. We developed a “Custom Inline Form Engine” that retrieves data from the database via AJAX.

  • License Plate Lookup: Users simply enter their license plate number instead of logging in.
  • Smart redirection: Existing members receive a secure one-time code, while new guests are redirected directly to the calendar.
  • Automatic data entry: A custom script automatically fills in verified user data (name, email, phone number, license plate number) directly into the order form, saving time and preventing typos.

Brand Identity and Copywriting

In line with “Quality All the Way”

We have redesigned the user interface with modern, clearly visible input fields, smooth transitions, and an exclusive dark theme for the price overviews. In addition, we have rewritten all text on the website (in English and Norwegian) to ensure that the messaging is conversion-focused and tailored to Lørenskog.
