Case study · Accounting

From an outdated website to a complete digital platform

Accounting firm Aile Team had a slow, anonymous website that neither built trust nor could handle paid advertising. Techspace and sister company Squares gave them a new digital foundation.

Client: Authorized accounting firm, Oslo and Hamar
Market: Small and medium-sized businesses
Delivery: Website, SEO, Google Ads
Delivered by: Techspace and Squares

01 · Starting pointA site that neither built trust nor sold

Accounting is about letting clients sleep well at night. The old website signaled the opposite:

A generic template with no voice of its own, and vague copy like “all your accounting needs.”
No named staff, photos or visible authorization — no faces in a profession built on trust.
Thin references, no prices and weak “Contact us” buttons.
And it was slow, especially on mobile, where most business owners read.

02 · What we didPerformance first, then visibility

Measured before we changed anythingWe ran the old site through Google PageSpeed Insights. It was too heavy, with lots of unused code and unoptimized images.
New websiteFast, clear and with faces — built to create trust and get people to reach out.
SEO and Google AdsWe run ongoing visibility toward local businesses in Oslo and Hamar — only once the speed was in place.
The system they work inSister company Squares put the accounting software Norta into operation for their daily workflow.
