10 GB of technical debt:
The previous developer used 35 plugins that conflicted with one another, which placed an enormous strain on the server. The mobile version took a full 22 seconds to load, leading to a sharp drop in the number of users.
A poor user experience:
Visitors arrived at the website and were immediately confused about what Norditec actually had to offer. Finding a specific product and submitting an inquiry felt like a guessing game.
Zero visibility:
There was no tracking infrastructure in place. Norditec had no idea where its users were coming from or which products were actually generating interest, which made targeted marketing impossible.

Development of a Customized Product Engine
We replaced the chaotic 150-page structure with a streamlined architecture based on Custom Post Types (CPTs), specifically developed for their products. This allowed us to categorize the equipment in a logical way, so that buyers can easily find what they need and submit a targeted inquiry.
- Massive size reduction: Reduced the total size of the website from 10 GB to an incredible 350 MB.
- Speed improvements: Computer load times dropped from 8 seconds to a lightning-fast 1.4 seconds.
Marketing and Tracking

A fast website is only useful if it generates revenue. We have implemented advanced user tracking to map out the entire purchasing process. Now, when a request is submitted, Norditec knows exactly which Google ad the user clicked on and exactly which product they are viewing.
