Échappée Nord is a growing travel agency in Norway. The old Squarespace site looked fine — but the inquiries never arrived.

01 · Starting pointA rigid system that cost bookings

The site was built on Squarespace, and the platform limited what they could do. That led to errors that cost them bookings every day:

Messages from the “Design Your Trip” form never arrived. Customers sent them, but nobody received them.
The trip categories were hidden in long text lists, so people couldn't find their way.
Small text and low contrast made the site hard to read for an older audience with strong buying power.
