What is included in support?

What is included is stated in your contract. If you have a maintenance agreement, part B of our terms applies: updates, monitoring, backups and user support by email. Content changes, new pages and new functionality are not included unless your contract says so. If something costs extra, you will know the price before we do it.

Why isn’t my website showing up on Google?

New websites must be discovered and indexed by Google before they appear in search. This can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks, and Google gives no fixed time. Links from other websites and sharing on social media can help Google find the site faster.

Where can I find the contract terms?

The terms are on the Terms and conditions page. If you need a copy of your contract or have a question about an invoice, send an email to post@techspace.no.

What happens to my website if I cancel?

You can take your domain, website and content with you. When you cancel, you can request an export of your content, files and database. The actual move to another provider is invoiced separately. Your data is deleted from our servers within 90 days after the contract ends.

How long does it take to build a website?

We agree on delivery dates with you and include them in the quote. How fast it goes also depends on when we receive text, images and feedback from you.

How do I send text and images?

Send them to post@techspace.no. You can share large files with a link, for example from Google Drive or WeTransfer. You can also call us at +47 919 25 014.

Can I get email on my own domain?

Yes, we can set up email on your domain, for example post@yourcompany.no. If you already have email with another provider, you can keep using it.

How a website project works

  1. Quote – you get a written quote with scope, price and dates.
  2. Kickoff – we go through goals, content and access with you.
  3. Wireframe – you see a clickable wireframe and approve the direction.
  4. Design and build – we build the site, and you approve it before launch.
  5. Launch – the site goes live, and you get training to edit it yourself.
