What is included in free support?
We are here for you and we are happy to help you if there is anything you are wondering about. Support is defined as user support where we help our users solve a need/problem related to the website service. Free support also includes minor changes to your website if needed.
Should there be a need for support that exceeds the given timeframes, you will be notified. The standard price list will then apply. Changes to the website based on a consultation must be contractually agreed and will be invoiced.
Why doesn't my site appear in Google search results?
All new websites must go through a quality check before they are ranked in Google searches. This is done to prevent irrelevant and spammy pages from ranking high in their search. How long this takes can vary from page to page. Google has not released any estimated time, but it can go faster if traffic is generated to the page. We therefore recommend sharing the page on social media, creating links to partners and vice versa.

How long does it take for the website to be ready?
The time it takes to launch your website depends on how quickly you as a customer submit the material you want to include on the website and how quickly you are able to provide feedback along the way.
The standard delivery time for our package solutions is approximately 1 month.
Where can I submit materials for my website?
You can send us material for your website at post@techspace.no, or call us at 919 25 014. (key selection 2)
Why does it say that email is included in the package, what does that have to do with the website?
All our packages also include email(s). The number depends on which package you choose, but you can always buy more if needed. The email is related to your domain. This means that if your web address is www.example.no, you own the rights to the email address post@example.no.
If you already have email accounts for yourself and your employees, you can continue to use them as before. You can keep the email agreement you have with your current provider, or you can move them to us.

1. Ordering Process Timeline
Our website ordering process – from the time you place your order until your website is launched – is outlined below. To help you know exactly what to expect, we have included both our deadlines and yours.

2. Provide Information about the Website
- As part of the start-up phase, one of our consultants will contact you to arrange a time for a conversation. Alternatively, we will send you an SMS and email to inform you that we would like to contact you regarding your new website. You can arrange a time by calling +47 63 00 19 66.
- In order for your new website to reflect your business, we would appreciate a brief description of what you do and what products and services you offer. Please send this information to post@techspace.no. Submitting your materials as early as possible is the best way to get started quickly.
- The standard delivery time for our package solutions is one month, provided we receive all necessary information.
- If we do not receive information within 10 days, we will prepare a design proposal based on available information and what we know about the project. At the start of the project, invoices for operation and establishment will be sent out.
3. Website link notification
- You will receive suggestions for search engine optimized text that can help you get more inquiries. Once we have received your instructions and information, our designers will create a website that matches your wishes. Once the design proposal is ready, you will receive an email with a link to the website.
- Make sure that both text and design are reviewed.
4. Launching your website
