A Fragmented, High-Friction System.

Despite having over 20 years of experience teaching Spanish in Norway, Habla Español's digital presence was holding them back. The site was visually outdated and made finding and booking a course unnecessarily difficult.

Overwhelming Booking Form:

The "Påmelding" page relied on a massive, intimidating list of radio buttons for every single course and time slot. It was tedious and prone to user drop-off.

Fragmented Course Discovery:

Navigating between levels (A1, A2, B1) and finding the right schedule was a multi-click maze of dense, uninspiring text lists.

Outdated Visual Identity:

The old design felt academic and rigid, failing to reflect the vibrant, welcoming, and social atmosphere of learning Spanish.

The Strategic Shift

We completely overhauled the user journey to meet modern Norwegian design standards-prioritizing clean typography, clear visual hierarchy, and accessibility. The goal was to make booking a Spanish course in Oslo as easy as booking a flight.

We replaced the static, text-heavy course pages with a dynamic, visual browsing experience. Students can now easily filter by their CEFR level (A1 to C1), format (online vs. physical), and schedule using modern course cards that clearly display pricing, duration, and start dates.

We completely eradicated the endless radio-button list. We developed a sophisticated, step-by-step booking flow. Users now select their level, pick an available time slot, and check out securely without ever feeling overwhelmed.
